Andrew, Sam, & Eli we’re rock stars. These boys are the hardest working young men. I highly recommend Larson Air Conditioning. They are very informative over the phone, they emailed me the information I asked for right away. Today when the technician Ryan came out to service our unit he was very professional and friendly. He took before and after photos of everything he did (which is great because I have no desire to get on the roof). He did recommend we have one more part cleaned/ not replaced just cleaned. He did show me pictures and I totally agree with him. The price is very reasonable ex specially since I know what just the part alone would cost us not including labor. I love that the first thing he said is i recommend having it cleaned/ Not you need to replace it or should replace it. Like most companies will do. Customer Service and responsiveness is excellent. The tech that came was exceedingly professional and a welcomed change from what I have been accustom to dealing with. I felt like it was a pretty honest exchange. However, the pricing does seem pretty high, but I don't have much of a frame of reference on the cost of A/C service and repair. I spent $700 to have one units capacitor replaced and both units have preventative maintenance which includes refrigerant and thorough cleaning of coils, housing, evaporator, and blower. Other than the cost i'm pretty happy with the service provided.read more

Moved into the area a year ago, and had some A/C repairs done by Ryan of Larson A/C, as well as a system maintenance inspection. Today, Ryan returned for our annual system check. What a great experience! We previously had 4 different companies come out to figure out the kinks in our a/c system with no success. If I can give 10 STARS, I definitely would! Hell of Company from Jeff, Doug, and the 3 installers that came today - Anthony, Victor, and Rick! These installers have such great working attitudes. They came in CLEAN and left DIRTY! The path they used indoor all covered including the closet, aisles, stairwells, and our clothes. They cleaned up afterwards and there’s just too much to say. Outside, both front yard and back yard, spotless.Jeff answered all my questions and provided all the information I need to pick Larson Air out of 7 that placed their bids.The company is just AWESOME from all aspects and even if you say it’s too early to make these claims because they just installed, well I’m sure they’ll back up their work.Thank You Guys! and to the owner - GOOD JOB! This is the best company I've ever worked with for any service at my home. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called and told Jamie that I didn't know if I needs a new system or a repair. She sent Jason who was awesome. He knows the repair and installation side of things. He brought parts and a temporary unit to cool the house until they could get back to do the install of the new system. Jason and Victor have been out several times to make sure everything was perfect throughout the house. A drywall company was lined up as well to fix the attic entrance. Larson Air was always a step ahead. Jamie and Jason were efficient and coordinated things the way they'd want it done at their own homes. Because of the stellar reviews online I waited to call Larson Air during their hours vs calling an emergency company during the night. I'm glad I did! I didn't comparison shop, I feel like their pricing is average, but the service can't be beat. I'll pay for service every time. Thank you all so much! I've passed your info along to my realtor friends and neighbors in the area.UPDATE:A year and a half later, still AMAZING! I called because I have been so cold downstairs at home. They scheduled someone to come out the same day. He was running early and I was not home yet. I spoke with Jamie several times that day and she was so accommodating with her schedule. She told me not to worry and to just give her a call when I was on my way home, because I was running late by that point. They're great and it was an easy fix.read more

I couldn't be happier I chose Larson Air. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. It is very apparent the owners and employees care about their customers and providing excellent service while also remaining reasonably priced and straight forward. The process of replacing my unit was very smooth there were no issues and they were somehow very quiet while doing so, it was not as nearly as loud as I expected. They finished quicker then quoted and they triple check their work making sure everything is working perfectly that day as well as coming back a few days later. I couldn't be more pleased. After being jacked around by 3 other of the larger competitors in the valley, I called Larson Air. Despite taking my frustrations out on the young lady who answered my call, every one of the team members I interacted with were very professional, knowledgeable, PROMPT!, and thorough in their explanations. Their prices are very fair and quality of work was very good. They even text a picture of the tech who will be showing up so you know who's supposed to be there!
