Our install has been difficult due to the age of our building / size of space related to new Govt regs and standards. So much so other companies refused to bid or inflated the install price to basically price themselves out of the job. Larson bid fairly and stuck by the bid and job until completed. Every Tech / laborer or QC was on top of it and explained why and the next steps. It took a bit due to supply chain issues but it was completed and even then their QC guy did not like some install work and redid it to his standards and Larson’s.So far very satisfied and one year check up above and beyond warranty.

Prompt honest accurate friendly and professional. Leo is smart and helped me understand some of the workings of the unit. My blower motor was not working and it was not a common model. Tempstar is the brand. He replaced the motor and took pictures of everything. When we started everything back up I realized that the old unit had not been blowing well and the unit was much quieter now. I would highly recommend Larson Air and if you get Leo you will be glad.Fast forward a couple of years and I used them again. The other unit needed a new fan motor and capacitor. This time it was Sam and he was amazing. Two days later the other unit fan motor went out so I called Sam again and he replaced that.There has been no repair bill that has been less than $1000 and they will not waive the $119 fee to come out. I paid this fee Each time. This is a little disappointing after showing loyalty to this company. The work is excellent and the technicians are knowledgeable.

Hi, on August 17th, 2023 we had Larsen Air Conditioning Scottsdale replace our Heat Pump/AC unit for our condominium in Scottsdale, Az.Living in British Columbia, Canada and having to schedule maintenance or repairs remotely can be challenging at times.I’m happy to say this was Never an issue with Larsen AC.Larsen’s staff were amazing and could not be more helpful every step of the way.Larsen AC assigned Ish Kissinger as our contact and the person responsible for the planning and installation of the new unit.Ish was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with.Ish kept us updated every step of the way. He was always there to answer our questions and his easy going attitude and calm demeanor was much apreciated.The whole process was seamless and should we need to use the services of Larsen AC in the future we would have no hesitation whatsoever as they are a company we found that is truly trustworthy and delivers on its promises. I was impressed with Larson from start to finish. Technician Ray did an excellent job of inspecting and evaluating my current system, including providing photos and videos of my attic conditions, and ultimately providing options and recommendations to replace and update the system, at a competitive price. Installers Mike and Zach did an excellent job of installing the new system. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the new system to me, including instructions on how to use the new smart thermostat, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job ahead of schedule. Thank you guys! Larson is in my opinion a great A/C company to use for your A/C needs.Their staff from Cheryl the schduler to the technicians I had the pleasure to met are very professional, listen to your needs, very friendly & above all want to help you fix whatever problem you are having as soon as possible.For me their open & honesty up front means a lot. Octavio and Cheryl at Larson’s are very professional. This is the second time Octavio has helped me in two different properties. Octavio is timely and he is brilliant in his work. He quickly assessed the problems and diagnosed the issues at hand. Before he proceeded to fix and replace the parts he obtained approval from the owner. Octavio works fast and efficiently! When it’s 115 out the last thing you want to deal with is a broken a/c. Octavio came out on a Sunday and quickly diagnosed and repaired a faulty capacitor. He was super professional and knowledgeable. We have been customers of Larson for 5 years and although we’ve had a few hiccups along the way, they always make things right.

I had Larson replace my old AC a few years back. I was very happy.Recently, a different company which I used at a different property called to offer a “well check” deal on this unit. I went for it.Now, 8 weeks later, the unit failed. I figured it was a simple capacitor failure. Did that other company stand behind their well check? Nope. Did they offer a discount rate for follow up? Nope. Will they get future business or a referral? Nope.I called Larson this morning and the tech was here this afternoon within the promised hours and having called, emailed and sent an “on the way” text.Capacitors don’t cost much if you do the job yourself and know what you’re doing! Of corse that means you’re the one on your roof. Larson wasn’t inexpensive. But, the job is done and was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Plus there’s a one year service warranty.Next time I won’t make the same mistake.

Outstanding customer service by my tech, Sam Nunez. First hot day of the year and I suddenly had no cold air. Sam showed up, investigated, was knowledgable, and empathetic. He didn’t pressure me on the repair/ replace decision. He thoroughly explained my options and returned with parts to fix the problem. It’s almost rare these days to get the kind of service I did from Larson Air. I will do scheduled service appts going forward and when the time comes, I’ll replace it through Larson.
