Prompt honest accurate friendly and professional. Leo is smart and helped me understand some of the workings of the unit. My blower motor was not working and it was not a common model. Tempstar is the brand. He replaced the motor and took pictures of everything. When we started everything back up I realized that the old unit had not been blowing well and the unit was much quieter now. I would highly recommend Larson Air and if you get Leo you will be glad.

Sam Nunez from Larson, came to my home for routine maintenance check of my Air Conditioning units to ready them for summer. I recently purchased this home and he walked me through each of the units and the different zones that each unit attends. I found him to not only be extremely professional but also took the time to explain a repair when it was needed. He was all over my home and completely cleaned each area he was in after leaving. I would definitely ask for Sam again as his knowledge and patience to my endless questions was extraordinary! Thank you Larson and please thank Sam!

We needed HVAC service but didn’t have a relationship with a local company so checked SCHOA, Google & BBB. Multiple options but Larson won the BBB ethics award for 2019 & that tipped the balance. An appointment was made for the next day, Jay arrived (early) & did a through check/cleaning of the system. The a/c needed some of the old style & hence expensive juice, (it’s 14 years old), so determined that the best bet was to purchase a service agreement as it came with up to one pound of refrigerant at no cost plus we want the system cleaned & checked spring & fall. Jay was personable, professional & efficient so very happy with our choice.

Larson Air Conditioning sent tech Sam out to fix my A/C. Sam came dressed professionally on a warm Sunday and with a good attitude. I have an old unit but Sam brought it back to life just in time for a harsh summer. He kept things tidy and clean and left things in arguably better shape than he found them. He maintained COVID-19 precautions and was very respectful. A good idea of what to expect from the company. I would surely use their services again.

Very positive experience from start to finish. Claude did a great job communicating the process and what to expect. Michael did a great job managing and performing the whole installation. He was very professional and paid attention to detail. He provided great communication throughout the entire process. He also ensured his team Dennis and Carson were performing the job right and were to his standards.They were all very respectful of our home and cleaned up each day.

Had a great install from Larson. They hit a bit of a snag during the installation process, but they did a great job with the service recovery. The crew was very friendly and professional. Cesar Torres, Kyle McDonald, and Mike House are superb technicians and I appreciated their feedback and hard work. I would definitely recommend them to friends, they did a great job!

I have had a great experience with Larson Air Conditioning. We chose Larson to install a new A/C unit in 2019 after having discussions with multiple A/C companies. I am very happy with our decision to go with Larson. Ever since install and any follow up maintenance checks, they are always on time, professional and diligent. Sam has done our system checks the past 2 years and we really enjoy working with him. He has always been on time, called ahead and been very friendly and professional when on site. We have had zero problems with our A/C unit since install and the regular maintenance checks ensure that will continue. I highly recommend Larson for not only install but long term care and service of installed units.

Michael and his crew were awesome with our install. They were not only knowledgeable but very respectful to our home. This is our second HVAC install using Larson’s, with the 1st install in 2018 for our downstairs system. Larson’s is customer service oriented and practice Zero Risk, meaning if something is not satisfactory, they find a way to make it satisfactory! We highly recommend Larson’s!

Everyone at the company was extremely polite and helpful. Sam came out to check out our ac system the very next morning I called into the company. They send a picture ahead of time so you know who to expect. Sam was great, very friendly and spent a good amount of time on the roof, even showed me pictures to give me a heads up on a few other issues up there. Didn’t try to sell me anything and laid it all out straight, repairs vs replacement and let me think it over . Probably will replace since my unit is from 1996.

Well this will be one of the few negative reviews on Larson. I recently moved into a new home with a gas furnace and wanted an inspection prior to using. I called Larson based on the reviews and they quoted $65 to come out for an inspection. No problem scheduling and they were prompt. The tech performed the inspection and right away noticed the flue pipe had separated at the unit, probably from the roof being recently replaced, which obviously needed repair. He struggled a bit and stated he’d rather replace the elbow connection because the remaining pipe was pushing up on the roof tiles. He verbally told me it would be ~$270 which I approved. There was one issue with a zip tie on a door interlock, which he cut off, and some insulation had fallen, which he reattached with adhesive.Total bill was $712.35. Inspection was $65.95, Insulation reattachment $60.65 (seems high for a can of glue and 5 min but whatever), and the ~1.5’ of flue pipe was $585.75! I figured I would wait to see the full invoice before questioning because the tech did not have an iPad or anything you could view it on. The next day after I received the invoice and called to question the charges, the customer service rep ends up arguing with me stating he “believes” this is a fair price because the issue could lead to a significant safety hazard with carbon monoxide. When I asked if they should charge more for that he says “not necessarily”. Seems like a gouging to me since these simple repairs were probably 1/5th of the cost to get a whole new furnace. Be sure to get a clear estimate with this place prior to approving work.Update: The company ended up honoring their original estimate and I appreciate them taking care of this.

Leo came on time and tested this unit out very thoroughly. Explained all of the options I have to solve issues and showed me a way to clean the outer coils to improve performance. This unit was installed by another company and been problematic since day one. I feel that Leo explained his findings and informed me of the options I have with this unit.

Lyle from Larson Air was awesome! Great service and expertise. I never leave reviews but he was so professional and good at his job I just had to! He was so clear, understanding, honest and thorough. He was always on time and finished up so quickly. He never left a mess. The A/C in our over 4,200 sq ft house is working so much better now! He sealed some leaks that he discovered when he came out the first time and he added freon. Also, the master bathroom Has never felt cool since we moved in. We are the original owners and have lived in this house for about 10 years. Even the builder had no solutions when we mentioned it during a walk through 10 years ago. Lyle had a great idea to add an A/C duct to the master bathroom with a direct shot from the a/c unit to the master bath. It was such a great solution and that room finally feels like it’s getting A/C! I think we will be seeing a huge savings on our electric bill too because we won’t have to crank down the air anymore to feel like it’s working. Great job Lyle! Highly recommend Larson! Ask for Lyle! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Not satisfied with a prior air conditioning repair company I searched online for a new one. I contacted Larson air conditioning because of the great reviews on Google and Yelp and also because we like to support family run companies. I was not disappointed. Lyle came out yesterday since I was concerned about my mother’s air conditioner. He could have made up any problem and I would not have been any the wiser but instead, after a thorough review let me know the system had no problems. He took the time to explain why it was operating the way it was, using language I understood (and showing me as well). He was professional, courteous, and had appropriate Covid 19 protection on to keep my mother (and me) safe. He wore booties inside at all times to keep house clean, and in general made me feel we were in good hands. He offered suggestions for improvement but used no hard sell tactics whatsoever. Larson (and Lyle if possible) will definitely be both my mom’s and our go to company from now on. Thanks!
