I needed a new AC setup in North Scottsdale and couldn’t wait. I saw the reviews on google and I can say they are spot... on. Larson really is a 5 star outfit. They are responsive, honest, straight forward and very easy to deal with. I had Ish Kissinger as my initial technician who inspected my house and sold me my new unit. He was able to identify multiple issues with the venting in my house as well other electrical issues and poor mounting of my old AC unit. He went above and beyond explaining my options and cost differences and tailored them to whatever I needed. Day of install I had Michael House who worked super hard nearly non stop all day redoing all the venting and installing the new AC unit. They work hard, all of them. They are great ar what they do. I highly recommend them.read more

It’s been two years since we got an air conditioner, throughout it all the one consistent thing is that Larson air... conditioning provides excellent customer service.We had several problems during installation. Our unit for some reason had some defects, the electricity had to have some rewiring. Our air conditioning had to be repaired after about a week. I don’t blame them for most of these problems since it was mostly the company that produced the units fault. Each time they came out though and fixed the problem.They have come in twice for tuneups all provides for free with the warranty. We just sold our house and the buyer asked for some small changes to the air conditioner. They came out and fixed it for free since it was still under warranty.I write this two years out from getting an air conditioner, so I know they are reliable. If you want the comfort of knowing you’ll have a working unit while under warranty, there’s is good unlike other conditional warranties out there. It wasn’t the smoothest ride at the beginning for us, but I value consistency and give people the benefit of the doubt that they will fix their errors. Larson will do that.read more

I can’t say enough good things about Lyle and Mike! We had a new ac unit installed (to replace one that was 40 years... old) as well as new insulation and a host of other energy saving measures. They were prompt each morning (plus you get a call when they are 30 minutes out and an email with a photo of who to expect). They were courteous and professional, but also really kept their work spaces clean with minimal disruption while we were home. Claude, our sales rep gave us some great options and ideas to help maximize the benefits of what we were buying. I chose Larson based on their good reviews online and now I know why they get them. Great job! 😁read more

From start to finish, the experience with Larson AC has been excellent! Looking to replace 2 units that were... approximately 15 years old, Claude provided several options and explanation of the benefits/drawbacks of each. He took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We were also able to move up our installation date to help us with timelines on other projects, which was a tremendous help. On installation day, the team was able to get started early and again Claude was onsite to oversee the initial phase of the installation. Caleb and Kyle worked hard all day to install the units, including the Nest Learning thermostats. They cleaned up thoroughly, showed us how to program the thermostats and were willing and able to answer our questions. We are very happy and highly recommend Larson A/C to anyone!read more

This appears to be a family owned and operated business, they offer excellent value, and are fanatical about supporting... their customers. They are also extremely professional and show excellent AC service expertise.More details:Sam (Larson technician) appeared on time in a professional manner for yearly AC service. My AC has been acting up, and in the desert, this can be deadly. Sam executed routine maintenance and explained how one of the compressors of my 2 phase AC was not executing to specifications. Sam started troubleshooting.A few hours in, an additional technician, Victor, arrived to help in the troubleshooting. Leaving out a bunch of technical stuff that I barely understand (and I'm an engineer), Victor and Sam fixed my AC professionally. Further, there was no high pressure pitch on replacement as many AC firms do. I know I need a replacement in the future, but not now. They were honest about the options for repair, and offered a great value on my Trane AC repair.What really blew my mind, and this is just one detail of many that was super impressive:Both Sam and Victor asked for permission to use my hose. Typically firms just use my hose and leave a mess with the hose afterwards. This is just one mark of a professional, of the many attributes these two PROs showed.read more
