Lyle was awesome and very informative. One thing however was when they called to make my maintenance appointment they... quoted me one price. Larson installed both of my units and they should have that on record. Lyle was surprised to learn that I had 2. The price quoted was only for one. So it was double the cost I was expecting. They should have quoted me at both of them so I knew what to expect. I was a bit blindsided and that affected my budgetread more

Our heating went out. The next day I was able to get a crew out to check the system. Since the compressor was shot and... it would cost nearly $3,000 to repair a 15 year old system I opted to buy a new one. I met with the rep the next day who went over all the options. The day after that the crew arrived and replaced the old unit. They were friendly, thorough & efficient. So after only two days I have a new system. No complaints.read more

I highly recommend Larson Air Conditioning for your routine maintenance. I’m new to AZ, but it’s obvious that it’s... critical to have your AC system maintained properly for a long life and to reduce the chance of issues on a hot day. I’m especially impressed with Ryan as he is completely thorough in his maintenance check. Upon completion he reviews everything and has taken detailed notes along with pictures to show you. Sam was the technician sent for my service call and I really appreciate that he called prior to his arrival to let me... know he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately set about his work. He covered his shoes with booties prior to entering my home, which I truly appreciated.
