You will perform residential HVAC system retrofits in accordance with our company’s high-quality installation standards while providing the customer with a 5-star experience.

Duties:

  • Install Split Systems (Horizontal & Vertical)
  • Install Package Systems
  • Install Mini-Splits (Single & Multi-Zone)
  • Duct Modifications & Renovations
  • Other Related HVAC Duties

Abilities, Skills, & Knowhow:

  • Proficiency in retrofit installations for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
  • Proficiency in charging and recovering refrigerant
  • Proficiency in High/Low voltage wiring and circuits
  • Proficiency in duct modifications and renovations
  • Gas piping, flue piping, and ventilation
  • Commissioning procedures
  • Thermostat setup and configuration
  • Proficiency in brazing, pressure testing, and vacuuming
  • Basic airflow setup and adjustments
  • Proficiency with 2-stage and variable capacity systems
  • Ability to proficiently problem solve in dynamic and stressful environments
  • Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments under deadlines

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 Years of Residential Retrofit Experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Clean & Insurable Driving Record
  • Pass Background Check & Drug Test
  • Positive Attitude and Professional Appearance
