John McCarthy2024-04-17We have been a customer with Larson for several years. Yesterday AJ Vargas was here to complete our semi-annual service. We have an older unit which will need to be replaced in the near future so I asked for specific recommendations on how to keep the existing system functional. AJ did a super thorough review and then did a great job of presenting economical solutions We decided to replace the motor which was not available on the truck. Even though it was after 4:00, AJ made the run to the shop to pick up the motor. He returned and did the install and finished after 7pm. My neighbor even sent a text to ask if we were serving dinner 😂. AJ went above and beyond and made Larson look amazing on the process.
