For a period of three months following the date of our installation, if you are unhappy for any reason with the work we have performed and/or the equipment we have provided and if we cannot otherwise resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will remove the equipment we have provided and furnish you with a complete refund. We are able to take this unusual stance because of the old fashioned craftsmanship, workmanship, and pride we put into every job we perform.

New Equipment NO Lemon GuaranteeOur NO Lemon Guarantee is designed to protect you against major breakdowns on the major components of your new HVAC system, the heat exchanger and the compressor. If these parts fail, we will replace the entire furnace and/or air conditioning unit absolutely free within the first year of ownership.

You can be confident your home will remain clean, undamaged and most importantly, safe from theft.
Some ways we protect your possessions include:
- Placing drop cloths and/or floor mats throughout the work area
- Wearing carpet protectors when necessary
- Sealing all excessively dirty/dusty components before transporting through the house
- Removing old equipment from the site as quickly as possible, with your permission
- Recycling or otherwise disposing of removed equipment in an environmentally responsible manner
- Cleaning work area before re-installing equipment
- Vacuuming any dirt that slips past our drop cloths
- Performing background checks and drug tests on all employees
- Maintain professional training standards for all employees

Do you have a price match guarantee?We believe that no one offers the same thorough, comprehensive design, field assembly, installation, and warranty at the same price point as Larson Air Conditioning. If another company provides you with an estimate that is less than Larson Air Conditioning for identical products and services, show us the estimate and we will match it and beat it by 5%. If another company provides you with an estimate for different products and services, show us the estimate and we will match that price and beat it by 5%, providing equivalent products and services. We will not lose a client over price.
Our price match and beat guarantee is good on all installed products. The price match applies to products installed by a licensed contractor with NATE Certified Technicians, and the estimate must be for the same quality, quantity, installation, and warranty. We will match and beat the price when the products included in the estimate are the same brand and model number, and include the same additional equipment, accessories, and services, excluding used equipment, non-stocks, custom, discontinued, damaged, or close-out items. If a competitive estimate is for different brands, models, additional equipment, accessories, or services, we reserve the right to substitute equipment we believe to be equivalent.
We reserve the right to verify another company's product availability and price before issuing a price match. We also reserve the right to limit price matching to companies that are licensed, authorized resellers for the brands in question. Our lowest price will be determined after all discounts and rebates have been applied. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any item subject to a price match.
