From start to finish, the experience with Larson AC has been excellent! Looking to replace 2 units that were... approximately 15 years old, Claude provided several options and explanation of the benefits/drawbacks of each. He took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We were also able to move up our installation date to help us with timelines on other projects, which was a tremendous help. On installation day, the team was able to get started early and again Claude was onsite to oversee the initial phase of the installation. Caleb and Kyle worked hard all day to install the units, including the Nest Learning thermostats. Over the past 3 years we have done several major and minor renovations to our home. During that time our little girls... now 3 and 6 have always referred to the workers that came to our house as “Guys.” With each crew that came to our house the question from my 6 year old was “Who is you favorite Guy, Daddy?” There were always one or two that were better than the rest. When Sam from Larson Air showed up he was just another “Guy.” But that quickly changed. Larson was the third company we called to get help with a faulty HVAC system. The previous two both spent less that 30 minutes trying to figure out the issue. They gave quick “fixes” that never resolved the problem. We were frustrated with our system, but it barely worked and we decided it couldn’t be fixed without a major overhaul. The first cold night this year both our girls came to get in bed with us because it was “too cold.”We called Larson the next morning. Sam showed up with a smile, greeted us, and got to work. After almost 3 hours, 20 shoe cover changes, and 5 or 6 calls to the other workers at Larson, Sam gave us his diagnosis and plan. Today, a week later, our girls are warm and our system runs perfectly. Sam came over and fixed the faulty part. Again we were greeted with a smile and total professionalism. Sam is the man. Lyle was awesome and very informative. One thing however was when they called to make my maintenance appointment they... quoted me one price. Larson installed both of my units and they should have that on record. Lyle was surprised to learn that I had 2. The price quoted was only for one. So it was double the cost I was expecting. They should have quoted me at both of them so I knew what to expect. I was a bit blindsided and that affected my budgetread more

Our heating went out. The next day I was able to get a crew out to check the system. Since the compressor was shot and... it would cost nearly $3,000 to repair a 15 year old system I opted to buy a new one. I met with the rep the next day who went over all the options. The day after that the crew arrived and replaced the old unit. They were friendly, thorough & efficient. So after only two days I have a new system. No complaints.read more
