You will perform residential and light-commercial HVAC system maintenance while providing the customer with a 5-star experience.

Duties:
- Perform detailed and accurate system maintenances
- Create repair estimates, propose options, and ask for the sale
- Execute repair work & maintenance with skill and precision
- Photograph equipment and components before and after repair
- Record measurements and data on diagnostic forms
- Identify preventative and enhancement solutions, create estimates, and propose
- Requisition parts and materials
- Maintain clean and orderly vehicle
Abilities, Skills, & Knowhow:
- Ability to understand refrigerant cycle
- Ability to test electrical components and circuits
- Ability to test airflow, delta-t, static pressure, etc.
- Ability to test and inspect gas furnace sequence of operation
- Ability to test and inspect heat pump operation
- Ability to proficiently problem solve in dynamic and stressful environments
- Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments
- Ability to efficiently repair equipment in fast pace environment
- Confident social skills
- Positive and enthusiastic
Experience & Requirements:
- Trade School Certification or Equivalent Experience Required
- EPA Certification
- Clean & Insurable Driving Record
- Pass Background Check & Drug Test
- Service Tools & Meters
